Driven by a desire to create a product that will fit all needs, while protecting the environment and the community, Keetsa created a series of products that promise comfort and support. The result is a list of six mattresses, several bedding items, and lots of cool accessories.
We were definitely impressed by the fact that their mattress models actually manage to cover the entire spectrum of designs on the market. And, since we couldn’t review them all, we chose the most popular version: the Pillow Plus mattress.
To learn more about this bed’s features and about the company, continue reading. To get the short version of our review, here you can read the summary.
Consider Adding Keetsa Mattress To Your Bedroom If
- You like choosing the level of comfort – The manufacturer created six different surfaces so anyone can choose the perfect level of comfort they need.
- You’re not sure if you want foam or coils – This is why, there are several Keetsa showrooms in the country, and you can go test it out. Some of the models are all-foam, and some are a hybrid, and you have the possibility to see which one suits you best.
- The budget is not generous – It’s normal to look for a good product that will bring more features for the money, and this is the right manufacturer to consider when your budget is not generous.
- Environmental care is important to you – While the manufacturer doesn’t offer a 100% natural surface, they promote products with plant-based ingredients, which reduces the carbon footprint of the manufacturing process.
- You’re looking for a low-maintenance product – Keetsa created self-supportive designs that don’t need special frames or other types of support. You can even install it on the floor if this is what you need.
Don’t Consider Adding Keetsa Bed To Your Bedroom If
- You need a 100% natural product – None of the six platforms use completely natural fibers so, if this aspect is important to you, you may want to look for a different brand.
- You just one a one-size-fits-all product – If you find the process of browsing and deciding between six different surfaces tedious and difficult, you may want a different manufacturer. Still, Pillow Plus surface is the one that would fit the one-size-fits-all concept.
Our View of Construction & Layers
To obtain a plush, soft feel, Pillow Plus from Keetsa is a combination of pocketed coils (7.5 inches), individually wrapped to provide variable support and fantastic motion isolation, with several layers of foam on top.
The foams come in different densities and have specific roles inside the surface. For instance, the first two layers make the transition between the coils and the other two layers
Right immediately on top of the iCoil row, there is a 0.5-inch sheet of HD foam, for support and firmness. The next two sheets (a total of 2 inches) are made of Comfort Foam, for hip and shoulders contouring. And the last layer is BioFoam (1 inch), a proprietary Keetsa blend that’s partially plant-based to reduce off-gassing and the powerful memory foam smell.
The plushness is increased by the cotton cover with fiber padding that is both soft and luxurious, offering a pleasant sensation when you touch it. Sadly, this also means that the cover can’t be removed for washing, but you can always use steam cleaning.
Overall, the Keetsa Pillow Plus mattress is a hybrid design, with a layer of strong coils that offer good support and firmness, and several layers of foam that provide comfort, contouring, and sinkage.
What We Thought About the Firmness Level
Unlike other manufacturers, Keetsa decided that every sleeping style deserves a different surface, which is why they created six versions, each with different levels of firmness and inner-structure.
The Plus version of the Keetsa comes with less padding on top, but it is quite similar in construction with the Pillow Plus model. But, because it only features two sheets of foam underneath the cover, you get to feel the coils more, and in conclusion, it is firmer.
Still, due to the layer of BioFoam and one layer of Contouring Foam, the surface does allow for some sinkage and softness.
If you’re looking for medium firmness Pillow Plus is the right surface as it creates a perfect balance between soft and firm. The four foam sheets allow you to sink into the mattress while the coils push you back up.
It’s a nice combination of soft and firm, it is bouncy and supportive, but most importantly, it provides a variable base for anyone looking for a good night’s sleep. Overall, the bed is great for most types of sleepers out there – we had several people test the surface during our review.
While the idea of a cloud makes you think about a soft, fluffy surface, the Keetsa Cloud is not soft. On the contrary, it is quite firm, but it is an all-foam surface which is why it feels extremely light and fluffy (remember that cloud?).
With two layers of BioFoam underneath the cover and one large piece of foam as the base, replacing the layer of coils in the two versions discussed above), this surface is great for pressure relief and people who enjoy sleeping on the side.
But before you make the purchase, you should know that this snooze surface provides deeper sinkage than the versions with coils. However, the foam is responsive, and the sensation is pleasant according to reviews from actual users.
The firmest surface on the list, this model from Keetsa is also bringing on the most complex inner-structure. This is a hybrid design, with five layers of foam covering the coils.
According to reviews from sleepers, the surface is fantastic for people who need a firmer surface, such as stomach and back sleepers. The foams combine in a supportive surface that keeps you on top of all the layers, and the coils are amazing at providing a variable base that adapts to all your needs.
Keetsa brings another all-foam design with the Tea Leaf Supreme, but this time it is soft and contouring. This time, the layers will take you in with a maximum of sinkage, but because the foam is fast, the surface will react to your movements, facilitating your comfort.
With two layers of BioFoam, one sheet of Pressure Relief foam, and coils encased in HD foam, the Tea Leaf Dream brings softness, good back and edge support, and plenty of contouring.
The design is fitted for side sleepers and people who experience back pain and other sleep-related joint problems. Online reviews from users are extremely positive, and this version is quite popular among buyers who prefer a softer design.
The Results on Cooling
All Keetsa mattresses are designed to focus on providing an overheating-free surface, but we dare say that the hybrid designs are the best at it. This happens because the coils create a hollow core where the air can be ventilated and cooled down.
Still, the BioFoam and Green Tea Extract used to reduce the presence of petroleum-based compounds in the mattress, are amazing for providing sleepers with a cool surface that doesn’t trap heat. Not to mention that some of the foam layers are provided with channels that lead the hot air from around your body to the outside.
In conclusion, all sleepers will feel amazing on a Keetsa surface!
Edge Support
Edge support reviewed: For the Pillow Plus version, edge support is decent. The coils keep the surface leveled even when you’re sitting on the edge, but the sheets of foam on top will compress (which is normal). However, when you are lying on the bed, the surface will hold its shape, which gives you plenty of space to move around.
The other versions will behave similarly, with small differences in compression for all-foam designs. However, the Tea Leaf Dream is the best in this aspect due to the layer of HD foam that encases the coils. This also serves as reinforcement for the edge.

Overview of Keetsa Mattress Review & Rating
Summary
The first thing that stands out the first time you get in contact with this brand is the variety of products. And we’re not just talking about bedding and accessories –we’re talking mattresses!
Keetsa welcomes you with six different models of sleeping surfaces, and each is designed to accommodate a certain type of sleeper. Not to mention, each supports a different inner-structure, and they even cover the gap between hybrid and all-foam designs.
The level of comfort is different for each version, and the customer even has the possibility to test it out in a showroom. This is quite unusual in the online game of snooze, but the aspect that impressed us the most is the cost. Each version is affordable for most buyers, and there is no compromise on quality or materials – everything is transparent.
In our opinion, after reviewing it, Keetsa is a reliable, high-valued brand that deserves your attention as a buyer.
