As we already mentioned, the inner-structure of this all-foam platform is simple:

Our Firmness Rating

The medium firmness rating is accurate, and we had several types of sleeper test it during our review time. Still, if you are heavyset, you may get to feel it more like a soft than a medium.

Otherwise, the design accommodates both side and back sleepers as it gives enough sinkage and contouring to make you feel comfy. The pressure is also well-regulated so there won’t be discrepancies between areas of your body, and your spine will be aligned.

As a result, sleeping on Greywing is a nice experience as you wake up feeling fresh and full of energy.

Cooling Overview and Temperature

The cooling factor is set by the cover (which adapts to the environmental temperature) and the open-cell foam layers. Also, the first layer is specially designed to work with the cover and keep the surface cool even during the hottest days of summer.

As we reviewed it, the mattress didn’t get hot, and according to other reviews from users, no one had problems with overheating.

Edge Support

The mattress will lose some shape when you sit on the edge (like when you’re tying your shoes or getting out of bed), but it does keep things balanced when you’re sleeping away from the middle.
